The Belgium Cello Society (BCS) is launching its 2025-2026 season with an opening recital by cellist David Cohen accompanied by pianist Anna Fedorova at Flagey on 5 September.
Their varied programme includes Schnittke's 'Suite in the Old Style' (arr. David Cohen), Richard Strauss's 'Cello sonata in F major, Op.6', Shostakovich's 'Cello sonata in D minor, Op.40' and Shchedrin's 'In the style of Albéniz'.
